Removing top backstraps, all 4 quarters, and inner loins if possible. ***Caping and carrying out buck head and antlers is an additional fee of $50 ***This is not a full processing/packaging/vacuum sealing package, this is the equivalent of ‘quartering out an elk’ there will still be processing needing done. Full Processing can be added for additional fee at 30% reduced rate of only $99.99 instead of $149.99
